Chiang Rai, Thailand
In the north of Thailand, Chiang Rai was the first capital of Thailand during the eleventh century. The most famous attraction of this town is Wat Rong Khun, called the white temple. If you visit Wat Rong Khun in the mid day and with a big sun, you will need sunglasses. The white temple is built with mirror pieces and painted in white, so is very bright. The temple symbolize the purity of buddhism, but to get there, you must first pass between two giant fangs and a lake of creatures of the underworld.
